Five-course Christmas Dinner
The China Coast Bar + Grill features a five-course menu highlighting appetizers of foie Gras Trio, followed by Basil & Lemongrass Compressed Watermelon Salad and Baked Blue Crab Bisque with Puff Pastry. The choice of main courses include Patagonian Toothfish Fillet with Sea Prawn in Watercress Cream Sauceor Rosemary Smokey Premium Beef Striploin Steak with Black Truffle or Chestnut and Foie Gras Stuffed in Roasted Turkey Breast Roulade. How can one skip the sweet Wild Strawberry and Champagne Mousse Cake as the dessert? The set is HK$788 per person and up.
