The Farmhouse – Try The World Festive Delicacies In Town

This year we have created your home away from home at the harbour facing farm-to-table restaurant, The Farmhouse. Our new Executive Chef Ryan Dunn and his culinary team have prepared a festive feast filled with classic Christmas comforts including Slow Roasted Turkey, Roasted Lamb Rack, Honey Glazed Ham and Salt Crusted Norwegian Salmon. The culinary team has whipped up a variety of healthy dishes utilizing organic produce of ecoFarm, such as Heirloom Tomato Salad, Lyonnaise Potato, Honey-glazed Vegetable and Grilled Vegetable.

A wide range of freshest seafood are also available, including Canadian Lobster, Alaskan King Crab with Sashimi and Sushi made to order. To provide a more comprehensive dining experience, the Cantonese and Asian inspired dishes namely Wok-Fried Chicken, Sweet & Sour Prawns and Nasi Goreng will be served. Our huge selections of XTC Gelato Ice Creams and Sweet Christmas Delights can definitely fill you up.

The Farmhouse provides a cosy environment with relaxing ambience, comfort seatings and open show kitchens. Designed with two private rooms, a “barn” at the centre and an outdoor terrace that can be privatized for parties and gatherings. The restaurant offers homemade dishes buffet style for lunch and dinner with fresh and local ingredients.
