Café on the PARK invites family and friends to celebrate Christmas with a vibrant spread of seafood and barbecued delicacies.
To kick start the feast, savour the lavish appetisers – Lobster Terrine with Whisky or Goose Rillettes. Tasty and savory, these silky delights are perfect to be enjoyed on grilled bread or crackers. Besides, you won’t want to miss the 12-month French Bayonne Ham, a delicate cured ham that best served with a light salad.
Seafood lovers can indulge in a scrumptious range of fresh seafood including Halved Boston Lobster, Snow Crab Leg, Fresh Prawn, Blue Mussel, Sea Whelk and more. Another highlight of the buffet is a tempting selection of robatayaki seafood delights, the ingredients are lightly flavoured with robatayaki sauce and served fresh off the sizzling grill on wooden paddles offering you a unique dining experience. Other tantalising hot dishes include Wok-fried Angus Beef Cube with Black Truffle, Stir-fried Tiger Prawns with Salted Eggs, Stir-fried Seafood with Thai Basil Leaves in Thai Style, Stewed Mutton with Beancurd Stick and Bamboo Shoot that are served daily on a rotating basis.
The classic holiday dishes are the Roast Turkey with Chestnut, Glutinous Rice, Preserved Meat and Giblet Gravy and Roast Turkey with Mixed Dried Fruits, Nuts and Gravy which are curated with Chef’s secret recipes, the restaurant’s signature roasted turkey and trimmerings available at the buffet spread. This not-to-be-missed traditional recipe is a modern Asian twist which is just what the occasion calls for. Other mouth-watering barbecued delights such as Imperial Crown Lamb Rack with Mint Root Vegetables are also ready to whet your appetite.
Satisfy your sweet tooth with a selection of decadent desserts tailored for the festivities which are meticulously created by the Pastry Chef including Festive Minced Pie, Christmas Log Cake, Christmas Chestnut Terrine, Festive Butter Dried Fruit Cake and more. The show-stopping dessert of Flame Brandy Panettone Classico with Chocolate and Salted Caramel Ice Cream will certainly impress you.
