On the evening of 24-26, 31 December 2019 to 1 January 2020, Roasted Turkey with Homemade Stuffing will be specially added on top of an enticing array of signature dishes made from exclusive Chinese ingredients Abalone, Sea Cucumber and Fish Maw. On the evenings of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, Honey Mustard-roasted Bone Ham, Roasted U.S. Prime Ribeye Steak, and Herb-crusted Leg of Lamb will be specially prepared for your celebrations. In addition, Roasted Smoked Pork Loin wrapped in Dark Rye Bread, Roasted German Sausage Platter, and Roasted U.S. Sirloin of Beef will be provided on rotational basis on 26, 31 December 2019 and 1 January 2020 for you to welcome the New Year.
In celebration of Christmas, a wide selection of signature Abalone, Sea Cucumber, and Fish Maw delicacies is also available in the dinner buffet. The highlights you cannot miss are Double-boiled Soup with Teal, Matsutake, Conpoy and Abalone (one complimentary serving per patron), Fish Maw Terrine with Pig Ear, Abalone Salad with Cucumber and Jellyfish, Deep-fried Shrimp Dumplings stuffed with Sea Cucumber, Capellini with Abalone and Tiger Prawns, Fried Rice with Abalone, Sea Cucumber and Assorted Seafood, Stewed Pork Tendon with Fish Maw and Sea Cucumber, Braised Vegetables with Fish Maw and Conpoy, and Wonton Chicken Soup with Fish Maw in Clay Pot. Other than the signature dishes, choices of seafood including Canadian Snow Crab Legs, New Zealand Oysters, Clams, Shrimps, Blue Mussels, and Babylon Shells will be severed in the Assorted Seafood Platter to satisfy all seafood lovers. Besides the luscious seafood, other hot picks are available at the Sashimi Counter which serves a selection of sashimi sliced on-the-spot on rotation basis, including Salmon, Octopus, Snapper, Hokkaido Scallop, Herring, Amaebi, Hokkigai, and Hamachi. Various sizzling choices are prepared for you at the buffet table and the Grilled Station including choices of salad and cold cuts, Roast Peking Duck with Condiments, Braised Pork Soft Bones with Port Wine, Chicken Rendang, Sautéed Mussels with White Wine,Thai Massaman Beef Curry, Roasted Rockfish Fillet with Sambal Sauce, Roasted Eggplant with Teriyaki Sauce, Steamed Fresh Sabah Grouper, Stir-fried Squid with Vegetables in Spicy Sauce, Deep-fried Pomfret with Spicy Salt, Wok-fried Beef Cubes with Honey and Bell Peppers, Dried Conpoy and Minced Pork stuffed in Hairy Gourd, etc., both counters are promising the mouthwatering dishes for you to relish.

More, during lunch buffet on 25-26 December and dinner buffet on 24-26 December, Santa Claus will come visit Harbour Restaurant and distribute Christmas gifts to children. A clown will twist balloons for kids during the dinner buffet, too. On-the-spot game will also be held in 5 sessions during Christmas and New Year period, presenting prizes worth nearly HK$70,000 in total.
