今個秋天,得獎餐廳LIS Café將領航大家到香港仔漁市場,搜羅香港仔漁民每天捕獲的新鮮海產,以最鮮味的珍寶入饌,帶來如心南灣「海鮮直送」自助晚餐。
酒店新任行政總廚廖偉基相當強調優質新鮮食材的重要性及支持本地漁民,悉心創作多款滋味美饌。LIS Café毗鄰香港仔漁市場,因優越的地理條件,廚師團隊每早為食客網羅最新鮮食材,此舉不但達到良好的社區營商環境﹔支持社區互助合作外,亦可減少碳足跡,為環保出一分力。
團隊特意將漁市場場景搬回自助桌上,復刻食客對海洋的聯想。在「LIS Café漁市場即叫即煮檯」上最吸引眼球的無疑是每天新鮮捕撈的漁獲,以色香味俱全的海鮮美饌誘發各種味蕾享受。桌上供應新鮮的海鮮和蔬菜,如蟶子﹑扇貝﹑白飯魚﹑本地鮮魚片和本地菜心等,賓客自行配搭各種配菜及調味,讓廚師以鐵板烤或烚煮,創造出一道又一道引人入勝的美饌。
LIS Café自助晚餐以多款開胃前菜掀起序幕,除了多款清新沙律如鮮蝦柚子沙律及蟹肉沙律外,還有各式冷盤如挪威煙三文魚﹑牛仔肉片配吞拿魚﹑地中海式烤蔬菜及雜錦凍肉拼盤等任君選擇,保證胃口大開。熱盤精選有香脆鬆化的軟殼蟹天婦羅,芬芳馥郁的印度咖哩魚,配以外脆內軟的印度薄餅, 齒頰留香,令人再三回味。不得不提的還有豆卜草菇蔬菜蜆湯,清甜下火,非常適合夏秋飲用。中式熱盤切合本地客人口味,中菜廚房有招牌菜–薑蔥炒蟹,一道充滿香港風味的菜餚﹕香氣四溢﹔惹味可口。令人印象深刻和充滿地道風味的還有黃金白飯魚,金黃酥香之餘亦營養十足。中菜廚房更供應一系列清蒸海鮮如大海斑、扇貝等,令人食指大動。一頓完美的自助餐當然少不了無限量供應的冰鎮海鮮,LIS Café自助晚餐不但有本地鮮肉蟹、加拿大雪花蟹腳及冰島大蝦,還有藍青口﹑鮮海蜆及海螺等,保證讓食客大飽口福。

From September to November, award-winning LIS Café is taking its diners on a journey through the flavours of the sea with a seafood themed dinner buffet. Diligently sourced from its next-door neighborhood, Aberdeen, the café serves fresh and nutritious seafood caught daily by local fishermen.
Every day, the Aberdeen Fish Market comes to life in the early hours of the morning, buzzing with the working rhythm of fisherman and buyers alike. L’hotels initiative to source its seafood from here stems from its passion to support the local community, lower its carbon footprint, and deliver responsible ingredients to its diners. From razor clams and mussels to whitebait and soft-shell crab, the restaurant uses the best produce available to exude enticing flavours. The jet-fresh catches are most prominently featured in a live cooking counter, which stimulates the sights and smells reminiscent of the ocean. Diners are spoilt for choice with a myriad of fresh seafood and vegetables such as
Baby Razor Clams,
Scallops, and
Choy Sum, paired with various condiments and seasonings. Other temptations include a delicate yet crunchy
