Featuring an array of creative twists on Japanese and Korean gourmet including Tonkatsu and Wagyu Beef Gyukatsu Notakeru, Korean Slow Cook Beef Shank, Spring Chicken glazed with Wasabi, 62°C Onsen Egg with Black Truffle and Wild Mushroom, Duck Liver Chawanmushi with Green Tea, Korean Slow Cook Spicy Pork Ribs and Bibimbap; each patron will also receive a signature dish of Half Lobster Salad with Crispy Bean Curd, Avocado and Preserved Egg Sake Dressing, which will definitely amaze your taste buds!
