咖啡園在父親節於各個美食餐檯為你帶來多款日式海鮮滋味。推介菜式包括由北海道空運到港的皇帝蟹腳、即席現切吞拿魚刺身、戶外即燒三文魚頭、燒汁牛和、蒲燒鰻魚飯等。 咖啡園更於6月15， 16日晚為爸爸們呈獻港式香蔥蒸法國生蠔乙客。 除了海鮮菜式外，當然不少得深受食客歡迎的日式拉麵及各式和風甜品。

This Father’s Day, Garden Café will be filled with a range of Japanese style seafood available on rotation basis. Highlighted dishes include Hokkaido king crab leg on the ice, sashimi show with whole tuna, grilled whole salmon head at outdoor barbeque station, freshly made takoyaki and Japanese style eel rice.

All fathers enjoy a serving of ‘Steamed French Oysters with Scallion in Hong Kong Style’ when they dine at Garden Café for dinner buffet on 15 and 16 June.

Apart from the seafood highlights, you must not miss the popular Japanese style ramen station, slow roasted Kurobuta pork and a line-up of Japanese desserts.
