From 1st March to 30 April 2019, MENU is bringing an international delicacy with the team’s professional to the table. Apart from the most loved chilled seafood and roasted meat, the restaurant also features an array of tempting dishes made of thematic French and Vietnamese classical flavors for guests’ enjoyment. Recommendations included Norman Roasted Lamb Leg, Vietnamese Minced Pork Salad, Provencal Frog Leg with Garlic Butter, St. Jack Coquille Glazed with Champagne, Wok-fried Clams with Red Chili and Basil Sauce, French Pasta a la Truffle Crème as well as unlimited delectable homemade desserts. Top off the feast, all dinner buffet guests would enjoy a free flow of soft drink and beer during the dining period that create an unforgettable dining experience.
