2018年12月24日至2019年1月1日晚上,灣景廳聖誕新年自助晚餐將會特別供應燒聖誕原隻火鷄伴自家製餡腸及蜜糖芥末燒聖誕有骨火腿,兩者都燒得皮脆肉嫩,讓您感受正宗的聖誕節日味道。此外,平安夜及聖誕節晚上更會加入燒美國特級牛肉眼扒及海鹽焗原條爐魚,肉味豐腴,惹味濃郁,必定帶給您味蕾非一般的滋味。另外,2018年12月28日至2019年1月1日晚上更額外輪流供應燒羊架及燒美國西冷牛扒,以豐富滋味的節日美食迎接新年。

On the evening of 24 December 2018 to 1 January 2019, Roasted Turkey with Homemade Stuffing and Honey Mustard-roasted Bone Ham will be specially added on top of an enticing array of signature dishes made with Australian M6 Wagyu and Korean Sea Urchin. On the evenings of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, Grilled U.S. Prime Ribeye Steak and Baked Sea Bass with Sea Salt will be specially prepared for your celebrations. In addition, Grilled U.S. Sirloin of Beef and Roasted Rack of Lamb will be provided on rotational basis on 28 December 2018 - 1 January 2019 for you to welcome the New Year.
In celebration of Christmas, a wide selection of signature Wagyu and Sea Urchin delicacies is also available in the dinner buffet.
