由12月1日起,Three on Canton預備了一系列環球美饌及傳統節慶美食,讓您和摯親好友歡聚品嚐。大廚精心炮製選擇豐富的前菜及沙律,包括火腿芝士墨西哥卷、紅莓煙肉鴨肝凍芭菲、煙三文魚慕絲配酸忌廉、俄羅斯沙律、藜麥沙律配熱情果及香橙,以及蟹肉紅菜頭通粉沙律 等。
節慶自助餐除了不同品種的新鮮時令即開生蠔 外,自助餐桌上還有琳瑯滿目的冰鎮海鮮,包括大蝦、青口、麵包蟹、長腳蟹、翡翠螺、小龍蝦 等。此外,於平安夜、聖誕節及除夕的自助晚餐更有阿拉斯加皇帝蟹、紅蝦及帶子供應,令人垂涎欲滴。

From 1 December 2018, treat yourself and your loved ones to an unforgettable culinary journey showcasing an extensive array of local and international cuisines, plus traditional festive delights. Chef-crafted appetisers and salads to whet the appetite include Tortilla Roll Ham and Cheese, Duck Liver Parfait with Cranberry and Smoked Bacon, Smoked Salmon Mousse with Sour Cream, Russian Salad with Roe, Quinoa Salad with Passion Fruit and Orange and Macaroni Salad with Crabmeat and Beetroot.
Freshly Shucked Oysters are the perfect beginning to a celebratory feast. Indulge in a diverse selection of fresh seafood on ice, including Prawns, Mussels, Brown Crabs, Crab Legs, Whelk and Crayfish. Alaskan King Crabs, Red Prawns and Scallops will also be served on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.
Savour authentic festive favourites, such as Roast Turkey with Condiments, Roast Prime Rib with Yorkshire Pudding, Roast Lamb Rack with Garlic, and Grilled Scallop with Garlic Sauce during lunch, plus Pan-fried Foie Gras during dinner.
