來自波士頓的新鮮龍蝦由各地烹飪人才精心炮製,每晚分別以日式、中西式、泰式等不同風格演繹,任君選擇。推介前菜雅枝竹龍蝦藜麥沙律,以近年大熱的超級食物藜麥炮製,並加入清新的雅枝竹,令人胃口大開。中式精選京蔥黑椒炒龍蝦 極具鑊氣兼略帶微辣,加上豉椒龍蝦炒麵,適合本地人口味。當然不少得港人最愛的芝士焗龍蝦 及其他龍蝦主菜,包括西式甜椒龍蝦意粉、由泰籍大廚炮製的泰式龍蝦炒粉絲、金不換炒龍蝦、香辣刺激的老干媽炒龍蝦 及龍蝦燴伊麵等,款式每晚輪流供應。

Indulge in gastronomical delights with a taste of the sea during the dinner buffet from now until 30 November. Fresh lobster dishes in tempting Asian and Western styles are featured on daily rotation.
Exquisite ‘King of the Sea’ Boston lobsters will be prepared in a variety of Japanese, Chinese, Southeast Asian and Western styles. Recommendations include the Lobster and Quinoa Salad with Artichoke, a superfood combo packed with fresh flavours of earth and sea. Chinese stir-fried lobster dishes masterfully prepared by local chefs, include Wok-fired Lobster with Chinese Leek and Black Pepper and Sautéed Lobster Noodle with Black Bean Paste and Bell Pepper. In addition to the beloved Lobster Thermidor, tantalising Lobster Pasta with Capsicum and Onion, Stir-fried Vermicelli with Lobster in Thai Style, Wok-fried Lobster with Thai Basil, Laoganma-style Stir-fried Lobster with Black Beans and Braised E-fu Noodle with Lobsters on daily rotation are among the many other delectable mains to try.
