灣景廳「海膽.黑毛豬」母親節自助晚餐
以加拿大海膽及美國和西班牙黑毛豬入饌,創作多道匠心獨韻的美味佳餚,包括以海膽為主打的岩鹽海膽奶凍配山葵泡沫、海膽薯仔可樂餅,以及黑毛豬精選美饌如黑毛豬配真空香瓜及陳醋啫喱、扒燒黑毛豬捲苦白菜配陳醋汁、港式避風塘炒黑毛豬頸肉、慢煮燒焗黑毛豬架配蘋果芥辣及蜜糖,更有即席料理的越式黑毛豬腩湯河粉,款式之多定能滿足一家口味。
除了以上一系列主題精選美饌外,是次自助晚餐的每位賓客可免費享用3款鮮味十足的美食,每款1客,有甘香幼滑的原板海膽刺身、鮮甜醒胃的波士頓龍蝦配芒果沙沙及清甜滋補的鮑魚海參仔螺頭燉湯。
我們特別為一眾媽媽額外增設多款菜式 – 如中式燉湯未能滿足媽媽的喜好,可試試香濃幼滑的黑松露粟米濃湯,西化一點的美饌還有惹味的燒美國西冷牛扒及鮑魚野菌酥皮盒,至於追求健康的媽媽則可享用新鮮爽甜的鮑螺扒時蔬及綿軟細滑的燕窩雞絲粥,最後當然少不了滋潤養顏的燕窩馬六甲椰糖鮮奶布丁。
自助晚餐又怎少得豐富的冰鎮海鮮及各式壽司刺身?冰鎮海鮮如加拿大雪花蟹腳、翡翠螺、新西蘭青口、藍青口、麵包蟹、鮮蜆、鮮蝦、新西蘭生蠔等多達8種款式均會輪流供應;各式壽司刺身包括三文魚、八爪魚、吞拿魚、北海道帶子、希靈魚、甜蝦、北寄貝及劍魚等8種款式亦會源源輪流奉上。當然不少得各式新鮮沙律、切肉、烤印第安羊架、燒黑毛豬腩配泰式醬汁、香煎鴨肝配柚子黑醋醬及多士、蒸海膽龍脷柳配蟹籽及山葵忌廉汁、燒雞卷拌脆香黑毛豬火煺及燒汁、馬沙文羊肉咖哩配印式胡椒餅、紅酒燴牛尾、蒜香粉絲蒸新西蘭青口、清蒸海鱸魚及黑椒牛仔骨等美饌輪流提供,琳瑯滿目的美饌佳餚正好締造可口動人的回憶。

“Sea Urchin & Kurobuta” Mother’s Day Dinner Buffet
Mother’s Day Dinner Buffet will feature nourishing and nutritious dishes for mothers, including Sweet Corn Velouté with Black Truffle, Roasted US Sirloin of Beef, Abalone and Wild Mushrooms Vol au Vent, Braised Sliced Top Shell with Seasonal Vegetables, Chicken and Bird's Nest Congee, and Gula Melake Panna Cotta with Bird's Nest in addition to the signature dishes of “Sea Urchin & Kurobuta” Dinner Buffet, such as Rock Salt Sea Urchin Panna Cotta with Wasabi Foam, Sea Urchin Potato Croquette, Ibérico Ham with Compressed Melon and Balsamic Jelly, Grilled Iberico Ham rolled with Endive with Balsamic Vinegar, Stir-fried Kurobuta Pork Cheek with Garlic Chips and Chilli in Hong Kong Style, Slow-cooked Roasted Kurobuta Pork Rack with Apple Mustard and Honey, and Bụng heo Phở (Vietnamese Kurobuta Pork Belly Soup Noodles).
A complimentary serving of Sea Urchin Sashimi, Butter Poached Boston Lobster with Mango Salsa, and Double Boiled Abalone, Sea Cucumber, Whelk and Pork Soup will be offered to every patron.
Other than the above delicacies, choices of fresh seafood including Canadian Snow Crab Legs, Pacific Sea Whelks, New Zealand Mussels, Blue Mussels, Edible Crabs, Clams, Fresh Shrimps, New Zealand Oysters are alternately served on the Assorted Seafood Platter. The Sushi and Sashimi Counter serves various Sashimi selections such as Salmon, Octopus, Tuna, Hokkaido Scallop, Herring, Amaebi, Hokkigai and Swordfish which will be sliced on the spot and served on a rotational basis. All of the seafood and sashimi are sure to pamper your mother’s palate with their fresh ocean tastes. Apart from our dinner buffet, Mother’s Day Lunch Buffet is also delicately served at Harbour Restaurant. Fresh seafood such as Edible Crab, New Zealand Oysters and fresh Clams, Mussels or Shrimps, sashimi including Salmon, Snapper, Tuna and Octopus Sashimi, hot dishes like Sweet Corn Velouté with Black Truffle, Roasted US Sirloin of Beef, Braised Sliced Top Shell with Seasonal Vegetables and Laksa, and desserts such as Gula Melaka Panna Cotta with Bird's Nest and MÕVENPICK Ice cream will be added for a delightful Mother's Day lunch dining experience.

To celebrate this special day, we have prepared an array of entitlements for patrons on our Mother’s Day Buffets:
1. All mothers will receive one carnation
2. An instant photo shooting service will be available for you to capture the memorable moment with your family (one photo per table)
3. Mothers who enjoy dinner buffet will receive a $600 worth of Tiara pearl necklace or $980 worth of a pair of Tiara pearl earrings at 1st section (5:30pm-8pm) or 2nd section (8:30pm-11pm) respectively on Mother's Day (13 May 2018) (available while stocks last)
4. A complimentary pitcher of Tiger Draught Beer will be served to every 6 adults and senior patrons (for dine-in of dinner buffets only)
5. Half price for selected bottled beer. A 30% discount on all bottled wines and champagnes (750ml) for dinner buffet patrons (subject to a 10% service charge based on original prices)
