位於太子酒店的add@Prince於3、4月份呈獻豐味和食刺身自助晚餐，除了多款可口天婦羅及精選刺身外，逢星期五晚大廚更會上演即切原條吞拿魚刺身。
壽司和刺身向來是自助餐中最受歡迎的美食，推廣期間add@Prince將自助餐桌的東瀛美食區域擴大，除了手握壽司及多款新鮮刺身包括油甘魚、羅非魚、希靈魚、甜蝦、北寄貝及針魚等每晚輪流推出外，逢星期五晚上7時30分，大廚更上演即切原條黃鰭吞拿魚刺身。空運到港，重達超過40公斤的巨型太平洋原條黃鰭吞拿魚由大廚即席現切，為食客帶來肉質最鮮甜美味的吞拿魚刺身。
日式熱葷方面，大廚特別準備了各款日式天婦羅，任君選擇，包括大蝦天婦羅、軟殼蟹天婦羅、茄子天婦羅、鮮冬菇天婦羅、甜薯天婦羅、秋葵天婦羅 等。日本名物關東煮：魚餅、蘿蔔、竹輪 等，配以稻庭烏冬、綠茶麵、蕎麥麵 或素麵 及自選配料，美味非常。甜品專櫃推出富士蘋果批、日式銅鑼燒、北海道3.7牛乳布甸、紅豆綠茶卷 等精緻美點同樣不可錯過。

add@Prince embarks on a culinary adventure to Japan with a festival of authentic Japanese flavours and ocean-fresh seafood delicacies during the dinner buffet this March and April. Fans of Japanese cuisine will be indulged with an array of assorted tempura plus freshly-cut sashimi from the giant whole tuna live-slicing show every Friday night.
Sashimi and sushi are always well-loved choices on the buffet spread. In addition to assorted sushi and sashimi on rotation nightly from many different types of fish, such as Hamachi, Tilapia, Herring, Sweet Shrimp, Hokkigai and Sayori, the sashimi master will present a jet-fresh giant whole Pacific Yellowfin Tuna slicing show at the buffet counter every Friday at 7:30pm. Savour the ultimate freshness of premium and nutrient-rich tuna sashimi with a firm texture and medium-mild flavour.
Feast on your favourite Tempura, including King Prawn, Soft Shell Crab, Aubergine, Shiitake, Okra, Sweet Potato and more. Japanese Oden incluing Assorted Fishcakes, Atsuage, Daikon and Chikuwa are also served, together with Inariwa Udon, Soba and Soumen accompanied by a wide array of Japanese condiments.
