愛吃同時又想吃得健康,週末及公眾假期add@Prince推出輕盈鮮果下午茶自助餐,以營養價值高的「超級食物」及新鮮蔬果食材入饌創作健康美點。推介以近年人氣極高的巴西莓製作的有機巴西莓脫脂奶布甸,巴西莓蘊含多種維他命及營養素,且具有比一般草莓更豐富的抗氧化物。另一種同樣含有豐富維他命,纖維高而且卡路里低的食材大黃莖於歐洲較常見,因味道酸甜開胃,常被用以製作甜點。餅廚特以此炮製大黃莖蘋果批,健康有益。其他美點包括:藍莓奇亞籽布甸、南瓜杏仁芝士餅、紅桑子香芒芭菲 及合桃朱古力撻 等。為配合主題,餐廳亦特別加入低糖版本的少糖蛋白梳乎里,由餅廚即席炮製,加上窩夫配瑞士Mövenpick雪糕,為賓客源源送上。
