御花園咖啡室將於2018年1月15日至3月15日推出「日式和牛海鮮紙火鍋及爐端燒自助晚餐」,為食客帶來火熱「鍋」心推介!更有一系列冷熱海鮮美饌,款款鮮甜爽口,讓人欲罷不能!
日式和牛海鮮紙火鍋及爐端燒是今次自助晚餐的重點推介,每兩位客人可獲得一客二人分量的日式和牛海鮮紙火鍋,配搭澳洲和牛、鮑魚、花膠、龍蝦及元貝,肉質爽口彈牙,鮮甜無比!自助晚餐另一主打爐端燒由餐廳師傅即席烹調,大蝦、牛柳粒、豚肉粒、牛脷等食材均即叫即燒,香氣撲鼻。再配搭柚子胡椒汁、白麵豉汁等滋味醬汁,惹味十足!
[caption id="attachment_7102" align="aligncenter" width="534"] Teriyaki[/caption]對於日式和牛海鮮紙火鍋提供的滋味海鮮仍然覺得意猶未盡?自助餐桌上還有更多豐富的冷熱海鮮美饌,定能滿足一眾食客!冰鎮海鮮包括:加拿大緬恩龍蝦、麵包蟹、藍青口、黃金螺、松葉蟹腳及海蝦,還有即叫即切的日式刺身 (三文魚、吞拿魚、希靈魚、八爪魚等)。海鮮熱葷包括松露鹽焗原條三文魚─菜式以松露增加香味,肉質嫩滑、多汁;更多海鮮美饌還有黑松露帶子蒸蛋、清酒煮黃金螺、蟹子芝士龍蝦伊麵等。
此外,其他滋味推介包括香煎鴨胸配鴨肝汁,菜式以慢火烹調,保留更多肉汁,使鴨胸肉質更鮮嫩、18磅燒美國頂級有骨牛肉、炭燒羊架、各式印度咖喱(牛肉、什菜、雞肉)等,亦經已準備好迎合食客不同的口味。

Café Rivoli of Regal Hongkong Hotel features Japanese Seafood and Wagyu Beef Paper Hot Pot and Teriyaki Dinner Buffet from 15 January to 15 March 2018. Apart from the sizzling hot pot with Japanese ingredients, an array of succulent seafood are also at the buffet table.
The Japanese Seafood and Wagyu Beef Paper Hot Pot and Teriyaki are the stars of the dinner buffet. The Japanese Seafood and Wagyu Beef Paper Hot Pot is served on guests table. Every 2 guests can enjoy a paper hot pot with ingredients like wagyu beef, abalone, fish maw, lobster and scallop. Teriyaki will be served by chef at the buffet table. Various savoury ingredients including prawn, beef cube, pork cube, ox tongue and more are prepared by chef on open grills. Complementing with pomelo pepper sauce and miso sauce, the dish is a delight to all guests’ palate.

Japanese sashimi including Salmon, Tuna, Herring, Octopus, etc will be freshly served by chef.
