Cucina於2017年12月24、25日及31日推出意式晚餐,由意籍總廚Andrea Delzanno精心主理。於平安夜及聖誕節分別推出6道菜及5道菜的意式晚宴,美饌包括鴨肝醬慕斯、鵪鶉伴紅醋栗果醬及意大利黑醋珍珠、慢煮珍珠雞卷配栗子及小椰菜伴紅石榴及小雪人甜品等;除夕夜6道菜意式晚宴中,推介有燒地中海八爪魚配菊苣菜、魚子醬及鯷魚酱、自家製意大利雲吞配芝士、琉璃苣、日本蛋及白松露 及意大利 Amedei朱古力伴金箔及覆盆子 等。聖誕及除夕晚上,Cucina更特意分別安排聖誕老人到訪及銀樂隊現場演奏,賓客更可參加除夕倒數,在悠揚樂韻下開心迎接新的一年。

Cucina restaurant is a definitive choice for Christmas and New Year celebrations. Savour authentic Italian dishes with dazzling views of the Christmas lights this year.
Italian Chef Andrea Delzanno will create a classic Italian set dinner on 24, 25 and 31 December. The Christmas Eve and Christmas Day set dinner includes seasonal favourites such as Duck Liver Mousse, Quail Breast with Red Currant Jam and Balsamic Pearls and Slow-cooked Guinea Fowl Roulade with Chestnut, Brussels Sprouts and Pomegranate. Completing the meal on a sweet note is a picture-perfect Little Snowman, white chocolate mousse with raspberry jelly.
A New Year’s Eve 6-course set dinner showcases sophisticated Italian flavours, including Sicilian Octopus with Chicory Tips, Oscietra Caviar and Anchovy Dressing. Homemade Ravioli with Borage, Ricotta Cheese, Tayouran Egg and White Truffle is another traditional festive dish enriched with rich layers of flavour and aroma. Amedei Chocolate Delight with Gold Leaf and Raspberry dessert is a spectacular finale. Santa Claus will visit Cucina during the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners, while a live piper performance will add to the excitement on New Year’s Eve.
