咖啡亭自助晚餐「蠔」嘆每日8款新鮮即開生蠔,包括美國Pacific Rock、澳洲Coffin Bay、Tasmania、Portugal Pearl、Smoky Bay、南非 Namibia、愛爾蘭Irish Rock、Heritage 1835、法國Argent及Fine De Claire等輪流供應。海鮮專區更全新加入法國麵包蟹,並繼續供應廣受歡迎的阿拉斯加蟹腳、小龍蝦、翡翠螺、青口、烚蝦。
除了晚餐已包含的生蠔專區選擇外,食客亦可加HK$198升級享用半打法國特級生蠔,絕對是識食之選。
自助晚餐加入多樣選擇的即切烤肉,包括香烤迷迭香羊腿、香烤羊架、香烤肉眼牛扒等輪流供應。萬勿錯過夏日必食泰式火辣菜式,主打包括:冬蔭功海鮮湯、泰式咖哩麵包蟹、蒸阿拉斯加比目魚配泰式辣椒醬、48小時慢煮孜然小牛排配青胡椒等等。

晚餐適用期由即日至9月30號。Oyster Dinner Buffet A whole new Oysters and Seafood buffet experience awaits you at Cafe Express, offering 8 kinds of freshly-shucked oysters from 5 different countries, newly added French Edible Crab and all-time-favourite seafood selection including Alaska King Crab Legs, Alaska Snow Crab Legs, Yabbies, Sea Whelks, Mussels & Shrimps. The variety of Oysters includes Pacific Rock from USA, Coffin Bay, Tasmania, Portugal Pearl and Smoky Bay from Australia, Namibia from South Africa, Irish Rock and Heritage 1835 from Ireland as well as Argent and Fine De Claire from France.
Apart from the oyster counter included at the dinner buffet, guests can enjoy an upgraded experience with French premium oysters at HK$198 for half dozen.
