add@Prince 繼4至5月份推出泰國美食巡禮自助晚餐大受歡迎後,6月份再次以異國美食吸引一眾食客,於2013年加入add@Prince的印籍大廚Kumay Trilok Chand將帶給大家各式印度佳餚。來港超過25年的Kumay非常熟悉香港人口味,他表示:「印度菜並不單只有香料和咖哩,香港天氣經常悶熱得很,我特別於自助餐桌上加入多款傳統地道的印度沙律,定能讓大家胃口大開。」
要數印度最具代表性的食品非印度咖哩和熱騰騰的印度燒肉莫屬,印式雜菜咖哩、印式牛油雞肉 及馬沙拉芝士咖哩,做法正宗,配上Kumay親自炮製的印度薄餅或白飯,尤其美味。印式烤雞肉、印式烤羊肉 及每晚即燒的印式原隻烤雞,香濃惹味,同樣是大廚的推介之選。香濃的印度菜配以印度特式乳酪飲料Lassi,讓您即時透心涼。經典乳酪飲料 香滑無比,與濃郁清新的芒果乳酪飲料各有風味,每杯只需港幣28元。
逢星期五晚上6時至9時半期間,餐廳更特別邀請專人為食客提供免費印度彩繪(Henna)體驗。彩繪紋身於印度非常流行,經常出現在傳統節慶和文化場合中,有祝福的意思。餐廳賓客可隨意挑選簡單的印度圖案,由專業的紋身師為以天然的顏料將圖案繪在手上,品嚐美食的同時又可感受一下印度風情,一舉兩得。

Following the success of the Thai gastronomic journey with Thai Resident Chef Buapha in May, add@Prince will showcase the skills of cheerful Indian Chef Kumay Trilok Chand, who has been a valuable part of the add@Prince culinary team since 2013. Having lived in Hong Kong for more than 25 years, Chef Kumay understands local tastes and preferences well. “Indian cuisine is not only about aromatic spices and curries, I have added a variety of Indian salads to the buffet spread, featuring fresh and vibrant flavours suitable for Hong Kong’s humid summer,” says Chef Kumay.
Enjoy a mouthwatering array of signature Indian curries and sizzler dishes, including Avial (mixed vegetable curry), Murgh makhani (buttered chicken curry) and Masala cheese curry, served with homemade naan bread by Chef Kumay. Other highlights include Chicken tikka, Lamb kabab, plus the specialty Tandoori whole chicken served up at the Indian show kitchen every night.
A classic complement to the bold flavours of Indian cuisine is a creamy Lassi smoothie. Diners can choose from two varieties of the special Indian yogurt-based drink priced at only HK$28 each. The Classic Lassi is delightfully smooth and thirst quenching, while Mango Lassi is a rich and refreshing blend of yogurt and fresh mango puree.
Enhancing the exotic Indian ambience at add@Prince throughout June, buffet diners can experience India’s signature body art by getting a complimentary henna tattoo every Friday evening. The painless and temporary henna tattoo is commonly seen at Indian ceremonies and celebrations. A professional henna artist will be available to adorn guests’ hands with beautiful henna designs every Friday night from 6:30-9:30pm during the dinner buffet.
