The Gazebo Restaurant from The Charterhouse Causeway Bay presents International Seafood Dinner Buffet with a wide range of sumptuous delicacies to satisfy guests.
Guests can have the Salad Bar, Assorted Sushi and Sashimi, Cheese Platter and other cold selections for the starters. After tasting the cold dishes, The Gazebo Restaurant provides a variety of hot dishes including “Roasted Duck with Apricot Sauce”, “Baked Mussel with Bacon and Cheese”, “Roasted Lamp”, “Pork Neck in Thailand Style” and so on are available on the buffet table for your full enjoyment. In addition, Noodles and Congee Corner will be served on the spot. Guests can choose different types of noodles, matching with a wide range of food items to DIY his / her unique style.
To complete incomparable dining experience, the “International Seafood Buffet” also presents a temptation of desserts in the dinner buffet including Tiramisu, Lemon Tart, Chocolate Mousse, Crème Brulee and Movenpick ice cream to give guests a wonderful dinner!
