廚師團隊搜羅各式新鮮日式海鮮,包括海膽、甜蝦、北海道帶子、三文魚、吞拿魚及油甘魚製作鮮甜味美的刺身及壽司,喚醒食客味蕾。客人亦可按個人喜好揀選櫻花、柚子、蕎麥麵或抹茶等口味的冷麵,再配上各式豐富日式調味料及醬汁,創製美味開胃的清新日式冷麵。
廚師亦會為饗客即席烹調日式拉麵,食客可自選豬骨濃湯或咖哩湯底,再從多達十三款配料中自由配搭,賦予拉麵千變萬化的滋味。自助餐同時設有即點即燒的爐端燒,網羅牛舌、雞肉、日本南瓜等優質食材,於客人面前即席燒烤,帶來色香味俱全的美食體驗。各式各樣天婦羅及吉列豬扒等鬆脆香口的日式炸物定必讓一眾食客食指大動。
一連串日式熱盤美饌更不容錯過,當中包括開胃的海鮮茶碗蒸配柚子及日本雞蛋、酸甜的日本士多啤梨櫻花豬肋排及新鮮清甜的櫻花清酒煮蜆等。細味結合櫻花微鹹香氣與柔軟口感的鹽漬櫻花飯。此外,品嚐滋味的柚子烤雞,雞肉以柚子醬汁醃製,肉質更鬆軟嫩滑。
