韓國潮流文化盛行,風靡本地電影音樂、時裝及飲食界,當中新派韓食更愈來愈受港人歡迎。10月3日至11月20日期間,馬哥孛羅香港酒店及太子酒店將這股韓流分別帶到馬哥孛羅咖啡廳及add@Prince的自助晚餐,除了呈獻傳統韓國美食外,亦特別加入新派韓食元素,帶領賓客以味覺遊走古今韓國,享受一頓豐富的韓式盛宴。惠顧馬哥孛羅咖啡廳的每位賓客可無限添飲韓式汽水、果汁、茶品及指定韓國啤酒;add@Prince 的賓客另加港幣98元亦可無限添飲韓國燒酒、啤酒、韓式汽水及果醋等。
為了讓賓客品嚐正宗韓國味道,酒店選用直接從韓國入口的食材,當中最具代表性的韓國特色前菜多達14款,包括蘿蔔泡菜、醃辣魷魚、韓式蓮藕、韓式茄子、韓式菠菜 等,其他開胃的清新沙律如韓式牛肉他他、山葵辣椒汁魚沙律 等亦無限量供應,為豐富的韓式盛宴揭開序幕。
韓式熱葷方面,大廚將即席烤製惹味的韓式牛肋骨、豬腩肉及牛脷,滋味無窮。賓客又可根據自己的口味,從云云材料包括牛肉他他、冬菇、泡菜、韓式年糕中,挑選配菜創作熱騰騰的韓式石鍋飯。其他經典韓式佳餚例如韓式芝士蜜糖炸雞、韓式薑汁豬肋排、韓式海鮮薄餅 等亦可在自助餐桌上任意挑選,務求讓饕客以味蕾遊遍韓國。
配合韓國真味主題,餐廳餅廚亦準備了多款別出心裁的韓式美點,傳統之選包括人蔘紅棗糕、韓式蜜糖薑茶啫喱;創新甜品可選韓式紫薯芝士蛋糕 及於add@Prince獨家供應的韓式綠茶忌廉多士 或韓式焗泡菜撻 等,富韓式味道同時亦充滿新鮮感。

Korean cuisine is hugely popular around the world. To offer guests a truly authentic gourmet experience, all ingredients are directly imported from Korea. Kimchi is synonymous with Korea’s culinary culture and plays a vital role in every Korean meal. The chefs of Marco Polo Hotels – Hong Kong meticulously prepare 14 kinds of delicious kimchi, including Turnip kimchi, Kimchi squid, Seasonal lotus root, Eggplant namul and Spinach namul, all richly seasoned with garlic, garlic chives, ginger, onion, chili powder and mushrooms.
A remarkable variety of Korean grilled dishes will be served at live cooking stations including L.A. Galbi Gui (Korean beef ribs), Pork belly and Beef tongue. Another famed Korean classic, Bibimbap, will be made a la minute with beef, mushroom, kimchi, Korean rice cake and other fresh ingredients. Korean style beef tartar and Raw & boiled fish with hot chili sauce and wasabi sauce are among the delicious appetisers.
